JMARS 5.3.9 update is now available!
Learn about the changes that we've made to JMARS in the latest release
Greetings JMARS users!
Version 5.3.9 of JMARS 5 has just been released!
Updated version includes:
- UI updates:
- Custom Shape Layer: Improved mouse actions when drawing shapes. Some of these improved actions are listed below.
- Circle Drawing: Mouse-click to start, mouse-move to preview shape, mouse-click to finish and "Radius" readouts are now shown in the "Status" output area in the bottom-left of the Main View.
- Rectangle Drawing: mouse-click to start, mouse-move to preview shape, mouse-click to finish
- Polygon Update: double-click to finish and close the shape. NOTE: Users can continue using the original method, if desired, by clicking on the first point to finish and close the shape.
- Lat/Lon GridView: The color of the grid is now selectable.
- Default file chooser location update: Want to save information in a specific location? The user can now specify the default starting location for most file choosers in JMARS.
To Update from within JMARS 5:
In JMARS 5, locate the "Help" tab at the top of the screen, click it Click "Check for Updates" OR when the login screen pops up, click "Check for Updates" in the top right hand corner.
