In response to the temporary removal of LROC CDR products from the LROC PDS archive, the LROC stamp layer in JMARS (for the Moon) now queries and displays EDR data. This will hopefully be of minimal impact to most users, however the product ID's for LROC images do change slightly between the CDR and EDR products (one ends with a C, the other with an E). Saved sessions that include LROC stamps will likely report that the previous images can no longer be found. If you encounter this problem and can not easily work around it, please contact us at help@jmars.asu.edu and we will do our best to get things straightened out.

Once the CDR data is recreated in the LROC PDS archive, JMARS will return to making use of that dataset.
The relative information posted on the PDS node is included below for convenience:

Notice: Deletion of LROC CDR Products
August 26, 2013: Important change to the LROC PDS archive -- effective immediately. New regulations from the Consolidation and Further Continuing Appropriations Act of 2013 (Public Law 113-6, Section 516) regarding Information Technology result in new lengthy purchase reviews for all NASA IT acquisitions. Due to these new reviews the LROC team has not yet been able to acquire the annual increase in disk storage required to sustain LROC operations and the full LROC PDS archive. To insure continued operations and data processing of EDR (raw image data) and RDR (maps and topography) products, the LROC Team will be deleting existing CDRs (Calibrated Data Record) products from the PDS repository. This measure is temporary, and only LROC CDRs will be deleted. EDRs (raw data) and RDRs (map products) will continue to be available through the usual interfaces (please see the notice on LRO Online Data Volumes).
